Rating of washing machines 2019

Washing machine ratingThis article presents a rating of different manufacturers of washing machines based on reliability. It was compiled based on customer reviews and breakdowns repaired in our service center.

For several years, employees of various service centers collected statistics on the quality of washing machines. The following factors were taken into account:

  1. number and frequency of calls with breakdowns of a certain type,
  2. difficulty of repair,
  3. cost of replacement parts
  4. and other factors.

How to choose the right technology

We always want to make a good choice when buying any household appliance. Whether it is a refrigerator, a washing machine, a TV - we need stable and high-quality operation of the equipment for many years.

Having the intention of spending a certain amount, we come to the store, hoping to intuitively choose the optimal model or listen to the arguments of the sales assistant. Relying on the opinion of your inner voice when choosing equipment is as risky as trusting the opinion of the seller. After all, it is important for a store employee to sell you the “right” brand and model. He gets paid for this.

It is better to meaningfully spend time searching for the material we need on the Internet than to waste nerves and money running around service centers. You can find out details about each brand of washing machine, compare technical capabilities and characteristics. And also look at high-quality photographs of models. The only difficulty is finding objective data on reliability.

Visiting specialized resources and forums with reviews from washing machine owners will be a useful activity. However, since there is no general information there, you will find many conflicting opinions.Whose opinion should we believe and is it worth believing at all? Each opinion is just someone’s subjective experience or a specially written positive review introduced by the manufacturer to advertise its own brand of washing machine, which does not have a positive performance quality.

The best washing machine

Trust, and then verify!

After receiving certain information on forums or reading reviews, turn to reliable information sources - serious mass surveys or repair service centers. In the centers on whose statistics we rely in the article, several thousand repairs are performed annually. A lot of positive and negative reviews are recorded. Therefore, we are not afraid to take responsibility and rank washing machines of various brands according to the reliability of each of them.

Data taken into account when assessing reliability

  • Price.
  • Failure-free service life of the unit during intensive use.
  • The quality of the parts used.
  • Features and properties of the design.
  • Build quality.

We took into account units with spin and energy saving modes by class (from “A+” to “B”). The “C” marking was not considered at all. In this rating, washing machines were not determined by the number of sales, since not every buyer can pay a very high price. And in terms of trouble-free operation within a three-year period from the date of purchase. Also, the brands “Smeg”, “Schulthess” and other poorly distributed industrial models in Russia were not considered.

Overview of models and seat allocation

“Miele” is a German “premium class” technology, the high price of which is determined by its perfect quality, which guarantees that the machine will serve trouble-free for three years and will not be scrapped even after fifteen years. This brand is not included in the following chart due to a very low failure rate. Rare failures occurred due to the fault of the electronics or the client.

The honorable leadership in the ranking belongs to the German brands “BOSCH” (Bosch) and (Siemens) “SIEMENS” (for the table we will combine the brands into one and designate them as “BOSCH”). The number of instances of failures in their operation in the first years of use does not exceed the 5% bar. The ratio of price and excellent quality is optimal. The Electrolux brand, which ranks second, is 0.5% behind BOSCH. "Zanussi" (Zanussi), a brand produced by the Electrolux concern, confidently settled in 3rd place. Customer reviews were also taken into account here. The number of Zanussi repairs is no more than 7.1%. A good inexpensive car that is reliable.

“LG” (Elgie) and “Samsung” (Samsung) are quite good models made in Korea. They have an affordable price and a large range of models. For which they get fourth and fifth places in our ranking. The breakdown rate of these machines is approximately 9%.

Former “Italians”, now assembled by Russian factories: “Ariston” (Ariston) - 20%, “Indesit” (Indesit) - 25%, “Ardo” (Ardo) - 33% occupy places from sixth to eighth. The large gap of 11% is presumably caused by the unpredictability of Russian assembly, which uses parts of poor quality. Unfortunately, many units of these brands fail within three to four years from the date of purchase. But, if you're lucky, 20 or 30 percent will last about eight years.

The collected information has been relevant for more than ten years. Each manufacturer sought to reduce production costs. And this led to a proportional deterioration in the quality of almost all brands. Reliability assessment was made on a five-point scale. The graph is arranged in descending order of quality.

Rating of washing machines (quality)

First three years of use: % of service calls

Washing machine breakdowns

"Candy" was not considered due to the deteriorating quality of the new line. However, history remembers the reliability and durability of early models. The “internals” of this brand are not at all valued in service centers.

We rightly allowed ourselves to ignore BEKO and forget about Rolsen. Retona is also not worth attention.

When choosing a machine, take an interest in the materials and quality of the tank. In cheap models there is a considerable probability of leakage. And post-warranty repairs will be too expensive for such a cheap car. Therefore, they are more often disposed of than repaired. By the way, in this case it is really useful for your wallet to read customer reviews to see if there is such a fault in a model that is attractive to you.

A study of the Russian washing machine market showed that the best washing machines in the ranking in terms of reliability are “BOSCH” (Bosch) and “SIEMENS” (Siemens). Miele occupies the podium and will remain unrivaled for a long time to come.

If you own a cheap washing machine, don’t worry. It's not a fact that it will definitely break. Give your car proper care. And it is possible that it will serve you for many years.

I took a Siemens and I don’t worry, the German assembly and many useful programs make it a high-quality and necessary equipment in the house.

    • Gravatar NATALKA NATALKA:

My SIMA (Siemens Sivamat) turned 18. We bought it before the birth of our first child with maternity money. Serves faithfully. Believe it or not, the plastic hook on the hatch lock broke, we can’t find it. I'm struggling with the choice. I would like a reliable unit.

      • Gravatar Ruslan Ruslan:

Electrolux EW1677f (I’m writing from memory) has been working since 2002, also purchased during the birth of my first child. And unlike your Siemens, nothing broke, ttt))

        • Gravatar Lily Lily:

We also have Electrolux, it has been in service since 2005, nothing has broken.

        • Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

Nothing has broken for you today.

      • Gravatar Maxim Maksim:

Find a turner, let him carve a hook from a piece of plastic.

      • Gravatar Vyacheslav Vyacheslav:

I also have a Siemens and it also broke, the door locking hook, I took it off, gave it to the factory - they made it from steel, everything has been ok for several years now!

        • Gravatar Lyudmila Lyudmila:

          Indesit, worked for 20 years.
Now I'm looking for a replacement. You won't find a car like this anymore.

          • Gravatar Polina Pauline:

I also worked for Indesit for 21 years. For 13 years of that time I worked for 2 families (my parents were sick). Now I'm looking for a replacement. All. The “old lady” doesn’t pull it off.

          • Gravatar Anonymous Anonymous:

The Indesit top-loading machine has been in service for 21 years.

      • Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

Buy Mile, you won't regret it. Really expensive.

        • Gravatar Natalia Natalia:

Mila has the worst equipment, terrible reviews, everything always breaks down, it’s unclear why they charge so much money, Coopersbush is better then.

          • Gravatar Evgeniy Eugene:

You write where Mele ranks 1st line and has the lowest percentage of repair requests. Who to believe? 🙂

          • Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

Is Mile the worst technique? 🙂
This is nonsense. Extremely reliable, but expensive. And the warranty is fine, unlike Coopersbush. And $2,500 for a washing machine is too much.

      • Gravatar Elena Elena:

My Ardo is already 18 years old, it was the cheapest, so we bought it. We will change it because the rubber broke and began to leak (apparently something was not taken out of the pockets). As it is, there are no complaints, and in the comparative table it is the most unworthy.

        • Valentine's Gravatar Valentina:

My Ardo is over 20 years old. Not repaired, Italian assembly. Delivered in working order. I'm thinking about which one to buy. They said that Ardo has not been on sale for a long time. Vertical loading.

      • Gravatar Renat Renat:

Can be printed on a 3D printer.

      • Gravatar Evgeniy Eugene:

        3D print to help.

      • Gravatar Alex Alex:

        It was the same thing.

  2. Gravatar Anatoly Anatoly:

I listened to the reviews and bought Elzhi LG. The masters could not curb her. Jumped all over the bathroom. Broke the tile. The craftsmen suggested changing the tiles on the floor. Patience is over. Sold it at half price even though it was new. This is my experience.

    • Gravatar Roman Novel:

I also took the LG. Even without leveling with a level, there is only minimal vibration during the spin cycle, which is hardly noticeable to the eye.

    • Gravatar Vladimir Vladimir:

There was the same problem. Then I decided to unscrew the plastic bolts. They are transportable, connecting the body and the drum. The drum hung on the shock absorbers, and everything was fine. Virtually no vibrations.

    • Gravatar Sanya Sanya:

I recommended the LG direct drive to my sister, she couldn't be happier. The tiles weren't laid so well and her husband didn't level them.

    • Gravatar Ivan Ivan:

The head needs to be treated!

  3. Gravatar Larisa Larisa:

My AEG machine will soon be about 20 years old, it needs to be replaced, it’s a pity.

  4. Gravatar Oksana Oksana:

Our old washing machine was Siemens, the simplest one, it worked for about 15 years. Now they have also taken Siemens, but this time it’s an intellectual one - IQ800. We have been using it for a little over six months, the impressions are very positive. A car you can only dream of...

  5. Gravatar Elena Elena:

Our Siemens turned 18 this year. I called the repairman only once in all the time, he said that these were the best cars. I would like to exchange it for something new, but after reading the reviews I feel sorry for myself.

  6. Gravatar Roman Novel:

My LG Washing Machine has been working for three years now. I am very pleased with its performance. Model F1092

  7. Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

I bought an LG and am not happy, it jumps, the case is cracked, judge the quality for yourself.

  8. Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

Ardo a800 mechanic's command apparatus, 10 years old, recently replaced the motor brushes - they were worn to zero. The machine has never broken down, but it’s true that it was made in Italy and not for Russia. All inscriptions are in Italian.

    • Gravatar Yaroslav Yaroslav:

Our Ardo T80x (Italy) has broken down 10 times already.

    • Gravatar Yuri Yuri:

A800, in 15 years I only changed the belts. However, it makes noise during the spin cycle. But I lock her in the bathroom.

    • Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

My Ardo A1000X (Italy) lasted 20 years. I changed the engine brushes and the hatch opening mechanism. Now the gasket of the tank cover has broken. During disassembly, I looked at the condition of all the parts - almost like new (even the bearings are ideal). This is what non-Russian assembly means!

      • Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

In our family, the INDESIT washing machine worked for 12 years (Russian assembly). She killed her daughter by putting in hand washing powder.
The assembly did not raise any complaints!

        • Gravatar Evgeniy Evgenia:

We, too, have had Indezit for 16 years, it seems to be dying (it vibrates strongly during the spin cycle), but it has served faithfully...

          • Gravatar Herman Hermann:

Change shock absorbers. The issue price is 1200-1500 rubles.

        • Gravatar Your Daughter Your daughter:

Who killed whom? Where are the facts? Grounding?

  9. Gravatar Innocent Inokenty:

I confirm about Siemens! It has been working for us for 12 years without any complaints! When the time comes, I will take a similar one!

  10. Gravatar Mikhail Michael:

I have Candy 655 xt. She's already 20 years old! Faithfully and truly I earned back my $300. Nothing has ever broken and is now running. Only the Cat, the bastard, tore the rubber of the hatch, and now it’s leaking (((. And this is a reason to buy a modern one. Sleep well, dear comrade!

    • Dean's Gravatar Dina:

LG has been working for us for 17 years already. Recently it broke down again and the electronics went flying. The master said that such washing machines can be repaired forever. And now new ones are generally made disposable.

    • Gravatar Mouse Mouse:

      Wash the cat

  11. Gravatar Lena Lena:

The Zanussia served faithfully for 12 years, now it’s undergoing first repairs, there are no original parts, it’s a pity

    • Gravatar Anna Anna:

And ours has been serving faithfully since January 1998, this is European quality! It’s a pity to leave, but I wanted more modern functions...

      • Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

And our Zanussi has been working since 1988. Italian assembly. The only repair was to replace the drain pump (I changed it myself - the pump costs 300 rubles). When disassembling, I paid attention to the quality of the rubber, seals and hoses - they look like new. It feels like it will work quietly for the next 25–30 years!

        • Gravatar al al:

          nonsense

          • Gravatar Olga Olga:

My ZANUSSI has been working since 1996. He still washes and spins everything. The lid is already rusty (my machine is top-loading), but everything works

        • Gravatar Oleg Oleg:

I confirm. My Zanusya has been serving since 2000. Once, about 5 years ago, I changed the motor in the pump and that’s it. Gold, not a car

        • Gravatar Ruslan Ruslan:

I believe because Zanussi is an electrolux group.

          • Gravatar Roma Roma:

In 2016, a narrow 32 cm ZANUSSI FL704NN, purchased in 2004 for 18 thousand rubles, broke. The bearing hummed and I bought a narrow 34 cm ELECTROLUX EWM1042NDU for 34 thousand rubles. They tell me why you didn’t buy Indesit or Beko for 15 thousand rubles? I will show your article in my defense!

        • Gravatar Galina Galina:

Mine is the same. Super machine!

  12. Gravatar maxim050 maxim050:

I had Indesit, worked for about 7 years. It broke down a couple of times. Then the bearings fell off. After that I spent a long time choosing and took LG. It works almost perfectly and makes much less noise. 2 years – normal flight :)

  13. Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

Finally it’s time to change the washing machine. The SAMSUNG machine has served for 13 years. During its service, the heater was changed once. Very satisfied. Now I don’t know what to take.

  14. Gravatar Roman Novel:

I have an Ariston AL 109X MARGHERITA 2000 made in Italy. It worked flawlessly for 14 years. It was only in 2015 that things started to go wrong. I’m not a master myself, but with the help of the Internet I changed the bearings that were the first to fail. Fixed it! Happened! on the third try. A little later, the machine stopped while washing. After analyzing it on the Internet, I referred to brushes. Exactly! Replaced. It's working! The other day the software control was spinning randomly in a circle. I went back to the Internet again. Following the advice there, I rebooted the machine, setting the program to 0, and unplugging the cord from the outlet. It didn't work the first time. Only from the third. It's working! Recently the pump (drain pump) growled loudly. I calmed down myself! A few days – the flight is normal! I will squeeze every last bit out of Margaritka. If anything happens, you'll have to look for a replacement. I will also look in the German or Italian assembly 😉

    • Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

My Daisy Ariston celebrated her 18th birthday! I pray for her every day! Italian assembly, all this time there were only minor repairs in the form of a pump... I'm afraid you won't find one like this today...

    • Gravatar Alexander Oleksandr:

I completely agree with Mr. Roman. I wanted to take it myself, but the dimensions didn’t fit. I had to take a Siemens vertical. Siemens served for 12 years! In those days, MARGARITA ARISTON was the best in her class! Whoever took it then is afraid to exchange it for today's consumer goods!

      • Gravatar Alex Alex:

I completely agree with you! Our Margot is 20 years old, standard, easy repairs: bearings with seals, pump and brushes on the engine. The body is already corroded in places. I can't choose a replacement for her. Among the inexpensive ones, the LG with direct drive is optimal for my family, but the company puts special restrictions on the machine's life in the form of a conical seat for installing the shaft seal, from which over time the seal itself is pushed out and creates a water leak and failure of the bearings (approximately in the third year of operation it should become faulty, as well as the “chrome plating” of the shaft (the friction point “Oil seal-shaft”). This is 6-7.5 years maximum. In general, watch the documentary “The Light Bulb Effect”. This will explain everything exactly.

    • Gravatar Alex Alex:

We have been “plowing” for 23 years now. No repairs. Italy.

    • Gravatar Katerina Katerina:

Yes, and our Margaritka has been operating for 19 years, but this year the heating element was replaced. Where can I get one like this now?)

    • Gravatar Marina Marina:

And my Margaritka has been doing laundry for 16 years, no problem. But its body has rusted, and now it’s not beautiful, but it works :)

  15. Gravatar Yuri Yuri:

Samsung 11 years old. We changed the pump - 5-6 washes per month cost 8800 rubles.

  16. Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

Experts, where is Whirpool in the ranking?)

    • Gravatar Everyman Common man:

The comments are good about machines made 10-15 years ago, but the Whirlpools haven’t produced that much yet for statistics... now the machines are unreliable, components are from everywhere, where they are bought in bulk for less. I’ve had Otsein for 21 years and it’s been working... And now it’s included in Candy - they don’t praise it...

    • Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

My Italian-assembled Whirlpool tot worked for 22 years and only now the engine began to heat up and the drum stopped spinning. The only thing that broke was the plastic handle on the hatch, which cost a penny. Now I don’t know which one to choose. Judging by the reviews, you will have to expect no more than 5-7 years. Siemens's mother-in-law has had a barter shop since 1993 and it works as if nothing had happened.

    • Gravatar Yuri Yuri:

Our Whirlpool washing machine lasted 14 years and 6 months. The pump was replaced four years ago. Now the caliper has fallen apart.

    • Gravatar Olga Olga:

I'm on my second Whirlpool now.

The first one worked faithfully for 18 years. But the new one hasn’t been around for another 3 years, and has already broken down 5 times. I've already had enough. I’m reading reviews and already thinking, maybe it’s better to buy a used one from Germany than again such a new “sophisticated” one, which you then have to tinker with and invest a lot of money 🙁?

  17. Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

In 1989 I bought a “Eureka” (Zanussi license) and it still works, only a year ago the seal on the shaft leaked. I found a new seal for it on the market and was very surprised.
I installed it myself and it continues to work. For many years now I have been trying to buy a new, modern car, but when I read reviews on the internet about breakdowns, the desire immediately disappears. The last time I was finished off was reviews about broken Mieles, which
Now they are collected in the Czech Republic. What to ask then from other companies. 26 years of work. This is what assembly was like in the Soviet Union.

  18. Gravatar Evgeniy Eugene:

... we have been using BOSCH for 18 years, we also bought a German assembly, the very first ones that appeared. He washes 4 children and my wife and me. Roughly speaking, it works every day without any complaints. I recommend it, thank you :)

    • Gravatar Marina Marina:

My “little girl” is soon 20 years old. German assembly. I never called a repairman. The new AEG will be delivered today. I change it only because the old machine does not have a timer (I really need one). Bosch I can’t bring myself to throw it away, I’ll put it in the garage.

    • Gravatar Roman Novel:

We also have a German-assembled Bosch. 10 years already, repaired 2 times. Electronics were flying, but they wash perfectly.

      • Gravatar Ivan Ivan:

Bosch's electronics and heating elements are weak and unreliable points.

    • Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

Where can I get it now, German assembly... our production, no matter the recall, it’s a repair.

  19. Gravatar Victor Victor:

WHIRLPOOL - 12 parts of impeccable work. The electron plateau stopped longevity. The master repaired it for 3 washes. We are looking for a model from the same company. I love the car as much as I love my wife for its beauty and reliability!

  20. Gravatar Babchenko Alla Babchenko Alla:

I have Mele, in 3 years we have replaced three machines because they tear things. I live in Italy, so there are no problems with exchanging the machine, but I am very disappointed with this brand and will ask the company to return the money.

  21. Gravatar Oksana Oksana:

We had an Ariston machine - we were very pleased, it served for 8-9 years. They changed it to Hot point Ariston, it lasted for another 4 years, it started jumping and rattling... Now I'm looking for it.

  22. Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

We have been using Ariston Dialogic for 17 years. Nothing ever broke. It's a shame these are no longer on sale. We needed a second machine, we bought an Electrolux EWS 106410 W - it broke down after 2 years. Here are the ratings for you.

  23. Gravatar Nina Nina:

The first machine was an Indesit, it worked for 12 years and was given to my grandmother. The second was BOSCH, after 6 years it was closed, repairs cost more than the machine itself. Now we are also scratching our heads.

  24. Gravatar Lana Lana:

The Turkish-assembled ALTUS machine served faithfully and faithfully for 10 years, sometimes performing several washing cycles a day. NOTHING broke even once. And there have never been any problems. Blankets, bedspreads, down jackets, pillows, car covers... Only I never washed sports shoes. Well, and I looked after them, of course, with love and diligence. But probably, high-quality equipment still has its own specific service life. In January, the glass of the hatch burst, as the master said, due to time and the pinpoint “beating” of metal objects (for example, jeans buttons). Because The car is rare, it was assembled in Turkey, the glass was waited for almost a month, it was installed, they sent glass from VEKO, everything was perfect. Alas. Stopped squeezing out water. Most likely the pump. I decided to buy a new car because... I assume that in a ten-year-old machine, the repair investment may not be justified. But...after reading the reviews, I think maybe I should replace the pump first?)))

  25. Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

I have a 2003 Ariston Italian. I bought a warm camp from Auchan. During all this time, the belt burst, and the microcircuit in the brain was covered. Otherwise it’s nothing, it just whistles during the spin cycle like a turbine in a car, but it’s tolerable

  26. Gravatar Elena Elena:

“Samsung” has been working for 17 years as “Papa Carlo” and now it washes perfectly, only yesterday the seal on the shaft fell off - it has never broken. It's a pity for such a hard worker

  27. Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

“We rightly allowed ourselves to ignore BEKO and forget about Rolsen. “Retona” is also not worth attention.” It sounds very snobbish somehow. Why was it allowed? Explain. For example, there are many good reviews on the Internet for BEKO cars, which can hardly all be reduced to brand advertising. The price is affordable, many people buy it and praise it... So what are the statistics for this brand? And in general, any manufacturer deserves attention. Otherwise, it’s very similar to a custom review... Which service centers collected data, for what period exactly? Who analyzed the data? Using what methodology, what statistical software? Or so, on the knee?

    • Gravatar Christina Christina:

I have Beko for 13.5 years without repair!!! And the day before yesterday it broke so much that it’s simply easier to buy a new one. Now we are thinking about what to take.

      • Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

VEKO from 2000 until now 2016 the flight is normal = zero breakdowns, but the spin cycle is very loud. Should I buy a new one or enjoy the roar?

        • Gravatar Rus Rus:

It worked for exactly three years and a month (just enough to void the warranty), and now the bearings are so loose that it feels like our high-rise is about to take off. We'll take Bosch. Before this, Zanussi worked for 17 years.

    • Gravatar Anna Anna:

We took Beko a year ago, it’s a problem, not the machine... it doesn’t wash out even basic stains. But initially it seems normal. They probably praise it because it's cheap.

    • Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

14 BEKO worked. It's just broken.

      • Gravatar Olga Olga:

Veko served for us for 18 years. I bought craft.

  28. Gravatar Elena Elena:

I had a Samsung for 10 years, it worked like a charm. I couldn’t even think that the appearance of the things you wear depends so much on the machine you wash them in! Now I know it. Because the Samsung broke and I bought it instead Ariston. This is terrible. Rinse - 38 minutes minimum! Cycles of 2.5-3.5 hours. Things turn into washed rags. I will change them.

  29. Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

My ASKO W510D washing machine has worked for 12 years. The support on the drive belt side has broken. I would like to repair it. Can anyone tell me where to buy supports and calipers for this car, but not the left ones? Who can recommend which washing machine you can buy now for the best quality? I don't see any reviews on direct drive. Answer.

  30. Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

Why doesn’t anyone praise Vyatka? Serves for more than 12 years without repair.

    • Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

I will praise Vyatka, the device is 14 years old, the programs are everything you need, without unnecessary bells and whistles, last year there was the first breakdown - the oil seal leaked, the repairman found an original one - repairs with my assembly and disassembly cost 650 rubles. - LAUGHTER!! Certainly with the current reviews, keep Vyatka for at least another 14 years.

    • Gravatar Natalia Natalia:

Yes! Vyatka is an excellent device! It has been in service for about 15 years. Somehow it began to spin poorly, I cleaned the filter - everything is back to normal.

    • Gravatar Irina Irina:

We have Vyatka - automatic since 1996. And I really like it. My husband actually repaired it himself several times. She served faithfully for 20 years. Started to act up. I'm looking for a new one...

  31. Gravatar Ekaterina Catherine:

Bosch German assembly. Serves for 18 years. Yesterday the first breakdown.
The shock absorber and belt were replaced. The master said that they don’t make cars of such quality now. Service life is 5, if you're lucky, then 8 years and that's it.

  32. Valentine's Gravatar Valentina:

I agree with Sergei about VEKO. She worked, honey, for 15 years. We had to transport it from apartment to apartment. So now I’ve taken EYECO. And the old one will also serve in the dacha.

    • Gravatar Irina Irina:

Which one did you take? I exchanged Beko for LG. I'm sorry.

  33. Gravatar Alenka Alenka:

ARDO A400, purchased in 1996, native Italian assembly, lived until February 2015, faithfully working through daily washing - the drum began to knock and dangle, chewed the laundry - they sent it to rest... Following the example of my parents, I took BOSCH, their washing machine is 20 years old, this day is alive and well, not a single breakdown) So far I’m happy with mine)

  34. Gravatar Leonid Leonid:

Elektrolux served faithfully for 12 years. Yesterday it came back. It's time to change to a modern one.

  35. Gravatar Dmitry Dmitriy:

Samsung. After 5 years, the pump was replaced and after another 5 years, the drum bearings were replaced because the oil seal had failed. And 10 years later, 2 breakdowns. I'm sitting here choosing a new one.

  36. Gravatar Vera Faith:

Beko has been working for me for sixteen years, and it has been trouble-free and without repairs, but it is noisy. The assembly was Turkish. But today I noticed that the pump pumping out water to the drain began to rumble unnaturally and louder than the tractor. I'm sitting in thought...

    • BOSCH Gravatar BOSCH:

Check if there are any foreign objects in the pump (pins and small change from pockets often get there).

  37. BOSCH Gravatar BOSCH:

BoschWV1201 - has been working for 17 years! Damn, I’m already so tired of it, I want something new! Not a single breakdown!

  38. Gravatar Ardo Ardo:

The 1996 Ardo served faithfully for 15 years. They only changed the pump once, but she always washed things carefully and with love (tulle and silk, plaid, and sports shoes). Four years ago I had to change to Zanusi. Guard!!! He tears things up, takes puffs, but I’m not talking about noise at all. It always howls and takes off.

    • Gravatar Olga Olga:

This is my second Zanussi, I’ve never torn my underwear. The first, however, after a few years began to jump, and the second now began to work only on cotton and spin, in other modes it shows an error, I’m going to call a repairman, if the repair is not too expensive, then we will repair it, but if it’s expensive, then it’s cheaper to buy a new one. In principle, Zanussi is a normal car. It’s just that now all the equipment is made to be short-lived, otherwise where to put this abundance of goods...

  39. Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

Three years old LG, washes quietly, does not jump, the vibration of the spruce is visible, not loud, no matter how I jinx it :))) The disadvantages are that the water remains in the elastic band and the drain is noisy, but this is not critical, I am happy as an elephant.

    • Gravatar Olga Olga:

Yesterday I walked around the store and looked at the washing machines. It turns out there is one with a rubber slope, so that water will drain from it.

  40. Gravatar Svetik Svetik:

I have an LG with direct drive, at one time I fell for the advertisement, a year later I changed the pump (5 thousand), it jumps like crazy, nothing helps (it’s level on rubber linings). Sometimes you have to hold it with your hands so as not to knock down the door. We need to change it, but for what?

    • Gravatar Joseph Joseph:

Try removing the rubber pads. They are actively sold in the store. There was a similar situation with LG - they threw out the gaskets and it stands like a stone, doesn’t shake!

  41. Gravatar Tanechka Tanechka:

Our Eureka machine has been running for 42 years.

    • Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

      ..stunning...that's QUALITY!!!!

    • Gravatar Lyudmila Lyudmila:

      So Eureka is a semi-automatic.

  42. Gravatar Valentine Valentine:

Indesit has been working for 15 years...even washed self-tapping screws)). Disadvantages: old model and vibrates when spinning at 800 rpm..

    • Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

Indezit iwub4085 worked for 4 years. When spinning at 800 rpm, it jumps. In 4 years, two electronic modules cracked. In short, I don't recommend it.

      • Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

There was LG, she galloped like a stallion! They sold it and took Indezit. Two years later, the brushes wore out... the master replaced it for 2500 rubles, a year later he replaced it himself for 300 rubles, a year later again - the bearing flew! I do not recommend either LG or Indezit!

  43. GNG Gravatar GNG:

Philips has been working without repair for 30 years, it could have been another 20. But yesterday I ordered LG and now I’m wondering if I was in a hurry. I wanted to change my equipment before retirement.

  44. Gravatar Igor Igor:

Zanussi is still the first to be delivered to Ukraine. Honest Italy. It has been threshing for 20 years, only once recently I called a repairman, changed the bearing, and said it would last another three or four years. Very satisfied.

  45. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

My HANSA machine worked for 14 years without any complaints or breakdowns. Easy to maintain, silent, with an inclined tank. Very good car. Suddenly the drum stopped spinning. The technician diagnosed a bearing failure. He said that he couldn’t find his relatives now, and replacing them with existing ones would cost $90. However, the work warranty is only one month. He offered to buy a new one. But which one should you choose? I read the reviews and see that there is no worthy replacement.

    • Gravatar Elena Elena:

I candy, the drum stopped rotating in the same way. She served faithfully for 10.5 years. I don't know whether to try to repair it or buy a new one

      • Gravatar Glory Glory:

CANDY worked for us for 12 years. I changed the pump once. Then the bearings began to hum. We decided to change, took LG, if I had known, I wouldn’t have taken it. After 2 years, problems arose that were not present with CANDY in 12 years.

    • Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

Don't trust the master. I changed the bearings in the machine myself. And shock absorbers. Everything works great. I bought the bearings from the market, new ones. He wants to make money from you and not bad.

    • Gravatar Olga Olga:

Hansa Aqua Spray is my favorite German-made product. Since 2004 I have worked for 2 families. We changed the bearings once, now we are sinning with the heating element. It stands disassembled, awaiting its fate. Reading the reviews, I'm disappointed. I will insist on repairs. Well, this is a lottery with a purchase.

  46. Gravatar Vyacheslav Vyacheslav:

We've used Daewoo all our lives. What can I say, Japanese quality. It works until it rots.))

    • Gravatar Igor Igor:

      Daewoo?
      Japan? from what year?

    • Gravatar Vasily Basil:

Then it’s better to say quick-eyed quality ;D

  47. Gravatar Gennady Gennady:

LG intello washer. 12 years of normal flight without maintenance or repair.

  48. Gravatar Anonymous Anonymous:

I’m sitting sobbing, I’ve had Veko since 1997, it’s never broken, she’s gone through all the moves with me, she’s smart, quiet, she washed clothes very carefully, there’s no problems at all with her, but today the rubber of the hatch broke. I live in a village, of course there are no workshops, what should I do? I don't want another one!

    • Gravatar LERA LERA:

Try to order, because the village is not in the remote taiga :)

  49. Gravatar Rashit Rashit:

We bought an Electrolux top loading in 2006.After 2 years of active use, a leak appeared. An autopsy showed that the upper plastic part, which fits onto the drum, was sealed with a soldering iron, and the vibration caused the cracks to spread again!!! The 5 Star store was closed by this time. I sealed it with liquid plastic and it still works.

  50. Gravatar Anna Anna:

The Atlant washing machine has been working in my dacha for 6 years without any breakdowns, it spins perfectly and is not noisy. I bought a Hotpoint-Ariston RST 601W for my apartment, it spins worse at the same speed, is much noisier when washing and spinning, a bad purchase.

  51. Gravatar Mikhail Michael:

Indesit, worked for 19 years, began to rattle when spinning, they called a technician, he said that the bearings needed to be changed, or better yet the entire hub assembly. Issue price 5.5 tr. And then something else breaks, we plan to buy a new one, we don’t know which one to choose...

    • Gravatar Oleg Oleg:

If you don't know, take BOSCH!

  52. Gravatar Lena Lena:

My Samsung has been working for 10.5 years, but today I got up at night and won’t drain or spin – it’s kind of a bummer. It’s such a pity, I love it very much, I washed everything in it without exception.

  53. Gravatar Svetlana Svetlana:

My “Ardo” was produced in 1997, all the inscriptions are in Italian, the load is 5 kg, it works great, not a single breakdown in all the time, what a hope!!!

  54. Gravatar Ivan Ivan:

The eyelid is narrow, the top lid gets hot. Please tell me what to do???

    • Gravatar Roma Roma:

      This is the norm

  55. Gravatar cutie cutie:

I took a Bosch machine, 1200 rpm, a new model. It turned out that it does not spin well, the module needs to be replaced, that is, the spin program needs to be replaced.

  56. Gravatar Vasilisa Vasilisa:

And today my “Combustion” machine completely broke down.the master said, the bearing flew off. I’ve been there twice already (to say in Russian, I changed my brain). She galloped like a horse around the bathroom. Served for 6 years. Very sorry . Although it's not cheap. I'm considering Boch or Siemens.

  57. Gravatar Vic Vic:

What are you all about 12 years old 18 years old, where are the reviews of modern models of 2014-2015?

  58. Gravatar Dmitry Dmitriy:

DAEWOO with air-droplet washing mode 7 kg, working for the 8th year, washing every other day, assembled in South Korea. The volume became small, I bought another one for 12 kg with drying, also DAEWOO, everything suits me.

    • Gravatar Olga Olga:

Where did you buy the Daewoo, comrade? Top loading? I can’t find it, and I don’t want to buy another one - I don’t believe that you can put a wool coat in another one and take it out like new

  59. Gravatar Electrolux Electrolux:

It has been working for three years, during this time it has been repaired twice, eight thousand rubles have already been invested, and now noise has appeared. The repair will cost approximately three to four thousand rubles, so think about it..

  60. Gravatar Lana Lana:

Domestic assembled indesit with vertical loading. It has been serving faithfully for 10 years, there has not been a single breakdown, but there is one problem - the top cover has rotted, although we still use it to this day.

  61. Gravatar Anonymous Anonymous:

Bosch German 13 years old Replaced the heater Flight is normal

  62. Gravatar Yuri Yuri:

The Otsein vertical washing machine is 20 years old and it’s time to replace it, but what to replace it with? The reviews are not reassuring. How to approach the choice from 25 to 35 thousand. Tell.

  63. Gravatar Svetlana Svetlana:

Ardo has been working at my house for 15 years!!! I haven't contacted service for years

  64. Gravatar Valentine Valentine:

I purchased the LG model WD-8023CG (narrow) in August 2003. Sometimes it jumps and jumps (most likely from the mood), the legs on the back are rotten, the metal sides are rusty, but it continues to work. Now I'm a hard worker at the dacha and again settled on LG.

  65. Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

Siltal has been working for me since 1998. I repaired it twice: the belt and threw away the capacitor. It will work for another three years. Miracle machine.

  66. Gravatar Valery Valery:

On the 2nd wash, the SIEMENS machine “died”, but the control module was replaced under warranty and has now been working for 12 years.

  67. Gravatar Evgeniy Eugene:

And also about Vyatka, bought in 1993 and still in service. I now don’t even remember changing the heating element and the plastic transparent cap for a cheap price.

  68. Gravatar nickname Nick:

Our ARDO 800 has served for 14 years. At the 6th year they changed the belt, I suspect that the master cheated... then another 7 years! The belt is like new! And the grief began, three or four repairs of electronics, brushes, more electronics... the master has been at a loss for 2 weeks now...
We’re thinking about getting a new one, which one, what a choice...

  69. Gravatar Oxana Oxana:

Margarita Ariston worked for 15 years without a single repair, recently it began to leak and became obsolete. Assembling Italy. Replaced with a Bosch 6 series a couple of months ago. Assembly Russia. It works quieter, user-friendly interface. Overall satisfied. And they even managed to sell the old lady “Margot” for sale without hiding her venerable age

  70. Alexander's gravatar Alexandra:

Apparently they haven't heard of Whirlpool. It costs the longest. Bosch didn't last a year, repairs were expensive, I bought LG, their vaunted motor broke down for 2 years. And Whirlpool costs 3 years. Super machine!!!

  71. El's Gravatar Elya:

We have had Bosch for almost 20 years, still made in Germany. Large machine at 7 kg.We only changed the brushes two years ago...that's all!!! During all this time there were no repairs!!!! Nice one, I love her!!!

  72. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

Zanussi served for 21.5 years - assembled in Italy. During this time there was one repair - the belt was changed and the heating elements were cleaned. It deteriorated either from frequent power outages (Crimea), or from the fact that I washed a silicone dog bed in it and the silicone got under the drum. Or rather the latter.

  73. Gravatar Ainur Ainur:

Does anyone know Vestel WM 1040 E 4. Friends are offering it, it’s new. Is it worth taking?

  74. Gravatar DIM DIM:

My Whirlpool broke down exactly a month after the warranty expired, that is, after 2 years and 1 month. The control unit burned out, repairs cost more than half of a new car. We bought a new one. I will never buy Whirlpool again, everything I had at home from Philips is all broken, in general, I said goodbye to this company, I hope forever.

  75. Gravatar Ioannina Ioannina:

Guys, I have ASKO and I don’t worry about it at all. The machine is 10 years old, it washes simply SUPER. It doesn’t spoil things, at 1000 rpm almost everything is dry but not wrinkled (you don’t even need to iron it). At one time there was BOSCH, which was crap. If you change it only to AEG or ASKO

  76. Gravatar Natalia Natalia:

Whirlpool AWG853 worked for 11 years. I did a lot of laundry, sometimes 3 times a day (2 children and a sick father-in-law). 1 of the 2 springs on which the tank hangs is broken, I can’t find the spring. Now I'm struggling with choosing a new car.

  77. Gravatar Good Fine:

Everyone, everyone, everyone! Take a purebred German, namely: made in Germany. A German is a German.

    • Gravatar Irina Irina:

Siemens has served us faithfully for 15 years. There were repairs three times - replacement of the ten and something with the bearings. Now I’ve started to shake when doing push-ups and it looks like the programs are “jamming up.”We are thinking about getting a new one... Which one?????

      • Gravatar Ruslan Ruslan:

Definitely not BOSCH-Siemens (twin brothers)! Our Electrolux has already outlived cars since 2002, incl. Boshi, Siemens from friends, relatives, not a single breakdown! When they write here that the machine has been working faithfully for 15 years, but during this time it has been under repair 3 times, it makes me laugh, honestly)))

  78. Gravatar Arthur Arthur:

Best wishes to everyone! And good health to your white workers. The whirlpool itself is vertical. We took it 8 years ago thousand. for 14. We chose it at random due to its size. Pah-pah, it sounds great!!! Here such annual numbers are covered, 10-20 years. Really, now with the current exchange rate of the dollar, what can you expect to cost a washing machine so that it will last these 15 happy years???? You probably won’t find a decent assistant until 20 thousand now.

    • Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

I would say from 40 thousand :) In Europe there are entire separate companies that develop materials and components with such consumer properties that they last a little longer than the warranty period and no more. The radio electronics engineer himself, in the last 6 years, began to constantly encounter microelements (resistors and capacitors) in which, after 4-5 years of operation, the sputtering of the conductor dissolves (even under varnish filling) and the product fails. The same goes for solder (which oxidizes in 3-4 years), bearings (3-4 years and beyond), plastic parts, etc. and so on.

  79. Gravatar Elena Elena:

Our General Electric machine has been running for 22 years. Assembly - England, then cost 715 dollars. Three repairs of brushes on the engine. The laundry does not tear, there is a “spring rinse”, 1200 rpm spin - almost dry laundry. Now the bearing is “dying”. They won't undertake repairs. I'm looking for a new one, but they don't import GE.It's a pity!

  80. Gravatar Julia Julia:

remembered... when the trees were big and vodka was 3.60. The question is - what to choose from now? Ross. and Korean. assembly. From the worst the best

    • Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

That's what I'm talking about too, it's been running for over 15 years, it works, but it's very noisy, and it's not clear what to buy now, the reviews about everything are the same, good and bad

    • Gravatar Anonymous Anonymous:

      It wasn't at 3.60.
      3.62 – it was.

  81. Gravatar Natalia Natalia:

Vyatka Katyusha worked for us for exactly 11 years from 2005 to 2016 without any complaints or repairs, she washed clothes perfectly and did not tear clothes, all her parts were Italian, the tank was stainless steel, unlike modern plastic ones! and then it broke: the water level regulator flew, causing the heating element to burn out. I already paid 3,300 for repairs, and then the control device became completely dull, it began to spontaneously drain water during washing, and today even during rinsing: it picks up - and immediately the water goes away... repairing the “brains” costs another 3 thousand, and the bearings have already crumbled, In short, I decided to change the machine, although it’s a shame!!! But I can’t choose anything: the prices are steep, and judging by the ratings and reviews, only the super expensive ones have the same level of quality... sad!!!

  82. Gravatar Artem Artem:

Whirlpool AWE 7527/1 has been in service since 2008, European assembly. It hasn't broken yet. We do laundry 3 times a week. It washes a little noisily, but without any damage. We want to change it, also to Whirlpool, but we don’t know whether the latest models are as durable? Tell. We are changing due to moving.

  83. Lion Gravatar Lion:

Ariston AVSL 100 has been serving flawlessly for 11 years without a single repair. Italy, however. I heard that Russian-assembled Aristons do not shine with quality.

  84. Gravatar Guest Guest:

Zanussi assembly Italy 20+. One thing...- the little guy “parked” a Fiat model in the powder hatch. The master left in shock because... The condition of the device is 5+. Now we are at a crossroads, we need to renew ourselves.

    • Gravatar Ruslan Ruslan:

Zanussi is Electrolux, that’s why it’s so reliable)

  85. Gravatar Stanislav Stanislav:

I read the comments, 3 years old, 12 years old... how do you feel at 32 years old? Vyatka automatic 12, nothing has been changed, the bottom is rotten, continues to wash. Gets hot water by the way.

  86. Gravatar den den:

Hard worker Samsung dies, she worked for 12 years. I only changed the drain pump. We decided to change the hard worker, since he was already barely breathing. But which one is better to choose: LG or Samsung? Tell me if it's not difficult.

  87. Gravatar Julia Julia:

I read the rating and also disagree about VEKO. We have had a refrigerator of this brand and a washing machine for 13 years. The machine has also survived more than one move and is still working to our delight, unlike Indesit (my sister’s machine), which has already had 3 repairs in 5 years. Now we are planning to move, we will also take VEKO.

  88. Gravatar Irina Irina:

After reading the entire Internet, I’m still at my starting point. The choice has not yet been made...

    • Gravatar Nikolay Nikolai:

Price-quality, better than Iberna, it’s not a hack yet, you should take it. Although the assembly is Russian, the materials are Italian.

  89. Gravatar Anton Anton:

You simply cannot take anything Russian/Ukrainian/Chinese assembled. I also don’t recommend dealing with Turkish and most Italian products.

  90. Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

The famous BOSCH WFR-2141 made in Germany. On the first day it refused to turn on: it works when the harness is moved (probably some wire in the control board was not soldered. The entire board was replaced under warranty. It worked for 10 years without any problems. This year the bearings began to make noise.I took it apart and replaced it myself. Reason: no sealant was put into the oil seal and leaking water destroyed the bearings. So much for German quality.

    • Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

      Is the tank soldered?

      • Gravatar Alex Alex:

All Bosch and Siemens tanks are collapsible, that is, there are no problems with replacing the bearing. Non-separable soldered tanks from Indesit, Hotpoint Christon, Electrolux, AEG. There, the bearing is replaced only as an assembly with the tank. And often such repairs are not cost-effective; it’s easier to buy a new one.

  91. Gravatar als als:

You read all the reviews and see that almost all machines have the same breakdowns during the same period of use. And people take it purely based on the brand.

  92. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

I had an LG, it worked for 7 years and would have worked even longer without any complaints if... My daughter-in-law began frequently washing blankets and bulky jackets, and the drum became warped from overload. I bought a Bosch, I don’t let anyone in, I only wash myself, it’s the same story with the drum. Immediately after installation, I began to notice a slight looseness, but my family convinced me that I was being picky. But no, now she is already tapping and the drum is shaking during the spin cycle. I called the service center and they said it looks like Bosch, but they don’t overload me, the laundry straightens out, in general I think that my item is the best. I think they sold me an old refurbished machine. They accept old equipment into the store, I think that’s what I got. I'll go to the store, it's still under warranty. It’s a shame to buy it for that kind of money, but it hasn’t even worked for a year.

  93. Gravatar Irina Irina:

Siemens worked for 24 years, the door was broken, it was broken, can it be repaired or will someone give it to me?

  94. Gravatar Svetlana Svetlana:

AEG vertical has worked for 14 years. The “brain” flew off, everything else is in superb condition.Where can I get the control unit? Not in services.

  95. Gravatar Ksyusha Ksyusha:

My Siemens machine worked without repair for more than 15 years, there was not a single repair, only my son put a chestnut in the water fill pipe, they called a technician and pulled it out. I was surprised that the machine was like new, after 10 years of service, but now the electronics were gone. I'll change it, then we'll think about another one.

  96. rvp gravatar rvp:

I took a Siemens wm14q4400e car - I was happy for 1 year and 1 month. The warranty has expired. The drum thundered. For repairs in the workshop, half the price. Made in Spain (probably not by Europeans).

  97. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

..Zanussi 1029 ..worked for 7 years, after 3 years there was already an easy repair...then, periodically, it leaked, before that it didn’t work in some modes, then it didn’t fill/drain water...etc. I think it's worth repairing it now? Here Kandy was, she worked for 15 years, without repairs. They gave it to old relatives (due to the purchase of this Zanussi) - Kandy still works for them (for 21 years). Only some rubber bands were changed... ehhhh... but this Zanussi is expensive and did not last long...

  98. Gravatar Ivan Ivan:

LG Has worked for 25 years and continues to work. For some reason nothing breaks.

  99. Gravatar Rus Rus:

Kandy worked for 12 years, during this time they changed the heating element once, I read comments and still haven’t decided what to buy, although I thought about repairing it (the drum doesn’t spin)? It used to be easier, in a stupor, what to do, how to choose?

  100. Gravatar Tai Tai:

For me, the first requirement is the quality of the wash. It is very annoying to wash the same thing several times, provided that you use a good powder. Such are the Koreans, for example, in the middle price range.Their only advantage is reliability, despite bad water and power surges. Maybe because of its simplicity.
The latest Ariston machine, it loves a stable voltage in the network. In our conditions, it is reliable only with a voltage stabilizer. The plastic parts are not particularly durable (the Koreans are better).
It washes great! Because of the flavorings in the powder, small children may experience redness; I myself really don’t like this smell. Ariston also washes well if you use half the amount of powder. As a result, there is a very weak odor and no irritation in children. I believe that expensive machines wash even better. But my Ariston cost about 600, he honestly earns this price.
Regarding the frequent replacement of drain pumps, for absolutely all brands. One serviceman admitted to me that the main source of their income is replacing a working pump. Only because the owners are armless or they are too lazy to unscrew the filter at the bottom and just shake out the change and toothpicks.

  101. Gravatar Elena Elena:

ZANUSSI, model 3105, assembly - Italy, loading - vertical, purchased in January 2007, 2 repairs - replacement of bearings. It works noisily during the spin cycle (well, okay, why should I sleep next to it or something). A month ago, the bearings fell out again, despite the fact that I wash them very often, I don’t overload the machine, I spin it at 400 rpm. I went to look for a new one, but still worked for 9 years and 11 months. I looked, listened, read on the Internet... I came to the conclusion that I will repair mine. They took it yesterday. They'll deliver it today. Repair price 700 (repair) + 100 (transport) = 800 UAH. By the way, a young woman in the store told me in a whisper that they are now making bad cars and it is better to repair old ones if the repair costs up to 2000 UAH.

    • Gravatar Elena Elena:

Here's what has changed in a year.Over the past period, the machine has been working normally. But the lid rusted very badly; I had to cut out a piece of casing with metal scissors, which made it impossible to fully open the lid, clinging to the control panel (the rust had swelled at the junction of the lid and the control panel). Replacing the cover at a service center will cost 60 euros for a new cover + about 700 UAH for labor. For everything =2600 UAH. A lot of. I decided to use it to the end. Let him wash as much as possible. The reason is that there are currently no normal machines on the household appliances market. Even the option of buying a used original will be better than a new one for 4-5 years for a lot of money.

  102. Gravatar MSl MSl:

Our Lg worked for 9 years at an average load, then we had a Bosh, intensive use led to its death after 4 years (bearings)... while we are looking for a new machine, repairs are expensive according to the craftsmen. The combination of noiselessness and reliability cannot be found in reviews (

    • Gravatar Vlad Vlad:

Daewoo air bubble, 25 years old. The water pump has failed; unfortunately, there is no replacement. There are no complaints about the rest.
      We'll have to change it.

  103. Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

Siemens IQ500 worked for 3 years and simply did not turn on. The board, which costs 12 thousand or more, burned out. That’s “quality”.

  104. Gravatar Svetlana Svetlana:

I advise you to pay attention to the Körting company.

  105. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

I have Miele. Works perfectly for 6 years. Before her there was LG - the drain pump died in the fifth year.

  106. Gravatar Yuri Yuri:

Do not confuse the quality of previously released washing machines with those of today. 5 years of work today is above the norm. Regarding Bosch and Siemens, I would argue with the author of the article. Nowadays, purchasing is a lottery, whether in economy or luxury classes.

  107. Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

The Bosch WOT 20352 OE washing machine was purchased in February 2013, the electronic unit was replaced under warranty, today February 8, 2017, the electric circuit was covered again. block. Disappointed.

    • Gravatar Alex Alex:

Bosch doesn't have its own plant for top-loading machines like you do. Therefore, verticals under this brand are assembled at third-party factories. Previously, these were factories of the Brandt company. Whirlpool has been making them for the last few years. So you shouldn’t draw conclusions about the quality of Bosch based on verticals. They have their own cars, from their own factories – these are front-facing cameras.

  108. Gravatar Anonymous Anonymous:

I have an OKA-6 dual-mode station wagon, it has been working for 30 years. There is no need to change the bearings, just lubricate them. I'm happy. The car is a beast! Serves faithfully.

  109. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

Ariston, I washed it only in the winter and not every day, but in the summer I was at the dacha, it wasn’t the machine that got damaged, it was bullshit. Last year I changed the bearings, but now it is taking in water, but the drum is not spinning. I’m thinking about buying a machine, but I’m afraid that I’ll make a mistake when choosing again. My daughter bought a Zanussi in December, she is not happy with it. She said that I wouldn’t take one like that. Help, which washing machine should I buy?

    • Gravatar Pavel Paul:

      LG – this is good!

  110. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

We have Indesit for 15 years. The belt needs to be changed.

  111. Gravatar Vladimir Vladimir:

They wrote about ARDO, but I have a 16-year-old machine with a dryer, 300 bucks, Italian assembly - not a single breakdown! So, stop lying, gentlemen, masters!

  112. Gravatar Ilyas Ilyas:

Indesit WISL103 is one of the cheapest, it worked for 7 years. Then the heating element failed, followed by the electronic module (brains). The cost of repairs is about 5 thousand rubles.

  113. Gravatar Larisa Larisa:

Bosh WAA20727CE purchased in 2012 - five years later the tank cross broke. Replacing only the complete tank assembly is more than half the cost of a new machine. So much for BOSH.

  114. Gravatar RonnieKem RonnieKem:

    It's a pity that I didn't read this 2 years ago :O(

  115. Gravatar Dmitry Dmitriy:

It is necessary to take into account not the time of ownership of the device, but the time of actual operation in hours. For a bachelor, the machine will mostly be idle, and accordingly, wear and tear will be minimal. But in a family with three children, this same machine will not last even 2 years with daily washing, simply because of simple wear and tear. Our Siemens Siwamat Plus 7471, purchased in 1996, has no technical equipment at all. service survived until February 2017, when the control board burned out. True, they didn’t wash it often (about 2 times a week).

  116. Gravatar Olga Olga:

Bosh WLK24271OE purchased in 2016. It works fine, but it washes very aggressively on all programs and ruins the laundry; you definitely can’t wash thin and delicate clothes, although there are programs. The programs differ from each other only in washing time and temperature.

  117. Gravatar Kirill Kirill:

BEKO was purchased in 1998. In January 2017, the shaft bearings broke and the oil seal leaked.
It worked for 18 years (!) without breakdowns or repairs.
I bought a set of bearings (2 pieces), seals and sealant, and repaired it in a couple of evenings. Works ))
Turkish assembly, if I'm not mistaken.

  118. Gravatar Maria Maria:

I had an Italian-made Indesit Moon machine, it was easy to operate and convenient to use, it served for almost 8 years, but alas, the bearings broke. They made repairs, but it didn’t last long, only six months, and now it’s broken again. And I’m in thought and shock, I don’t know what to buy because...It’s now problematic to buy real foreigners, but I absolutely don’t want a Russian assembly.

  119. Gravatar Anton Anton:

Well, I don’t know, my indesit has never broken in 4 years, the machine washes with a bang. And the functions are very convenient. Apparently it's about people and their treatment, because everything works very well for me.

  120. Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

LG changed the heating element two months ago 11 years ago. I did it myself.

  121. Gravatar Dmitry Dmitriy:

Electrolux ewt-911 is a thing! He's been plowing for 13 years.

  122. Gravatar Valeria Valeria:

Ardo was put in last place. Mine worked for 16 years without a single repair or complaint, everything was washed. Apparently a lottery. The day before yesterday I didn’t get the laundry done; the technician from the company tried to fix it, looking at the white body and poking at all the buttons. Now it doesn’t wash, rinse, wring out or drain the water. I broke it, and if the “teapot” hadn’t arrived, I’m sure it would have worked for another 5 years, everything would be like new. Today I'll take it apart myself.

  123. Gravatar Sergey Sergey:

Ardo changed the heating element since 1998, about eight years ago, and that was because the sock got wrapped around it and the drum jammed. The truth is that it rattles terribly, the depreciation does not work.

  124. Gravatar Semyon Semyon:

Samsung M1200 2000, changed the pump three years ago. Yesterday I covered myself with the door lock, dragging with me a thyristor, a wiring resistor, and an electronic key chip. Everything was charred. Apparently the control processor is also finished. It would cost a relay to control - repair is a “penny” and install almost anything. And so the washing machine needs to be replaced.

  125. Gravatar Larisa Larisa:

People, if you want to save your health, don't buy Bosch! It washes disgustingly, doesn’t wash anything, you have to first wash it by hand and then put it in the machine. But the worst thing is that it rinses even more disgustingly... especially terry towels. I heard on TV that you need to thoroughly wash your laundry to remove powder. I threw 2 terry towels 70x140 for cotton 60 degrees into the machine, went through the cycle, everything seemed to be fine. I decided to rinse it additionally. I rinsed it 7 times and it still foamed. Where? I started rinsing all my laundry additionally - the same thing, only towels 5-7 times, bed linen 1-2 times. I was furious with such washing, I thought that the machine was 7 years old - it was glitching. 3 days ago I bought a new one, the same 80x60x40 (other parameters do not fit) and the same picture. Bosch is yesterday!

    • Gravatar Anna Anna:

Please write the model, we were planning to buy Bosch.

  126. Gravatar Ivan Ivan:

Samsung worked for 10 years. The tank was leaking from the very beginning. They did it under warranty and no more breakdowns. And now the hatch lock and control board have burned out. Repair more than 10 thousand.

  127. Gravatar Marina Marina:

Those who complain about Bosch, you most likely have a Russian assembly, German cars are heaven and earth!

  128. Gravatar Stanislav Stanislav:

The simple Zanussi FA832 (Italy) has been in service to this day without a single repair since 2006, we are afraid to buy a new one unless it is a German-assembled Bosch or Siemens, but they already have a corresponding price tag, there is no trust in either LG or Samsung (both assembled in Russia), Considering the reviews and videos on YouTube, how the drum of the new LG broke after two washes, this video alone was enough... it feels like it’s made of the softest tin, horror! In short, Zanussi, live! 🙂

  129. Gravatar Lada Lada:

I have a Hotpoint Ariston washing machine. I am completely satisfied with it, it has served me faithfully for many years now.I have never contacted the service before.

  130. Gravatar Mikhalych Mikhalych:

We have Indesit with vertical loading, it worked faithfully for 13.5 years. Now it has started to malfunction (it turns on, then freezes), I don’t see any point in repairing it, we decided to buy a new one.

  131. Gravatar Anya Anya:

I would never have thought that Indesit would break down so often (judging by the rating). I may have been lucky, but in 4 years there have never been any breakdowns, and it doesn’t seem to be expected..

  132. Gravatar Igor Igor:

Well, by the way, I have a Hotpoint Ariston, most likely made in Russia. I can’t call him unreliable; nothing happened to him for at least three years. Yes, and it washes well.

  133. Gravatar Stanislav Stanislav:

We bought an Ariston Hotpoint (a rare piece of crap), it worked for three years, our brains were breaking, and now the bearings are bad! The tank is non-removable, repairs cost 6-8 thousand, we are thinking about buying a new one. The first Ariston Margarita Cashmere machine has been working for 15 years now, the water pump and bearings have been changed!

    • Gravatar Ivan Ivan:

I myself sawed 4 of these tanks and assembled them with skf bearings. The villagers are happy.

  134. Gravatar Lyudmila Lyudmila:

I want to change my washing machine. My narrow Samsung has worked for 18 years. Everything would be fine, but all operations slowed down. It takes a very long time to collect water. I thought the reviews would help me choose. They boast about old cars. I have the same old one myself. I don’t understand what they say about modern people.

  135. Gravatar Olga Olga:

I have an Electrolux EWT11420W washing machine, purchased in December 2011. In 2015, I replaced both bearings, and now the electronic board needs to be replaced. We need to buy another one.

  136. Gravatar Olga Olga:

I have an Electrolux EWT11420W top loading washing machine. Purchased in December 2011 - in 2015 both bearings failed - replacement cost 100 Euro. But today not a single program works and the electronic unit needs to be changed. I'm looking for a new washing machine.

  137. Gravatar Alexey Alexei:

Zanussi FLV 504NN. She worked in the ranks for 18 years, 2 years for 2 families. The pump was replaced 4 years ago and that’s it.

  138. Gravatar Luda Luda:

We have been washing in the Hotpoint washing machine for 6 years now! It can withstand very large volumes of washing. Well done :)

  139. Gravatar Nikita Nikita:

Machine Candy CY 124 TXT, bought in May 2007 for 13 thousand rubles, assembled in Italy. I chose it because of its depth of 33 cm (in fact 37 cm taking into account the hatch), capacity 4 kg. Despite the fact that narrow machines have a tendency to “walk” around the bathroom during the spin cycle, I didn’t experience such a problem with it because... was set according to level.
Recently the sound of metal rubbing when spinning appeared. I thought about changing it to a new Candy, but the majority of reviews for this brand are negative and the assembly is already Russian. In general, the problem is, what should I change to? The choice at a given depth is very limited.

  140. Gravatar Roman Novel:

Hmm, yes, in short, it’s really just bullshit right now. The quality sucks, Indesit worked in our rented house for 7 years. Although her neighbors mercilessly overloaded her constantly. She was already vomiting, although at the end the tank was already shaking during the spin cycle. And I also didn’t like her. All the laundry will always be in the duvet cover :) But the whole point is that we don’t do our own thing. We need to launch our own production, and not feed China. Because everything is being done there now. And everything is of crappy quality.

  141. Gravatar Vladimir Vladimir:

We bought a Samsung machine with the ability to reload during washing. The lowest model in the line. The most amazing thing is that you can’t hear the motor, only the water gurgles. But the socks get stuck between the glass and the elastic band - there is a niche there and small things end up there.

  142. Gravatar Yuri Yuri:

I have exactly the same Indesit model as mentioned in this article. I can confirm it is a good unit. He never upset us.

  143. Gravatar Olga Olga:

I have a 1998 Indesit car. Italian assembly. Works flawlessly. There were no repairs.

  144. Zhek's gravatar Zheka:

I have an LG with direct drive. Bought in 2009. After 7 years, the stop/start button began to stick. I took it apart and pulled out the button. Now there is a small hole, but it works. I just turn it on gently by pressing the sensor. I am very pleased with the washing machine. I recommend.

  145. Gravatar Evgeniy Eugene:

LG has been in business for 7 years. I'm happy with the machine.

  146. Gravatar Mike Mike:

Washing machines. In terms of quality and technology:

    • V-Zug;
    • Schulthess;
    • Miele;
    • Asco;
    • All the rest.
  147. Gravatar Vladimir Vladimir:

In December 2002 I bought an Indesit W105TX. In February 2018, the bearing began to grind and the control knob was constantly rotating. The first one is clear - it needs to be changed. What could happen to the device?

  148. Gravatar Marina Marina:

We have a hacker. Pure Chinese. Bought in '11. Breakdowns: pump, filter, bearing block, heating element, oil seal. I wash it 2-3 times every day. During the last repair, the master said that there was simply nothing left to break. It will continue to serve faithfully. I noticed good build quality, but said that the water in our region is very hard and that’s where all the problems come from.

  149. Gravatar Keith Whale:

Whirlpool has been doing laundry at home for many years, no problems with it.I can recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for a good home washing machine.

    • Gravatar Natalia Natalia:

Apparently you bought it a long time ago. Almost all old cars are good. We bought it 4 years ago. He lives his own life, he wants, he washes, he wants, he can. It was repaired three times. There is no warranty, so pay for it at your own expense. Today it broke again, what new should I buy? I won't repair it anymore. The most disgusting car we've ever owned.

  150. Gravatar Oleg Oleg:

I own a Hitachi washing machine, imported from Japan. From the domestic market. Also assembled in Japan. The device is simply cosmic! The build quality is filigree! It works barely audibly. Before that, like all decent Russians, I owned Bosch and Siemens and Electrolux. In various places of residence, from rented to own. And I’ll tell you what. All these brands are like this machine of mine, the services of which I have been happily using for 8 years now. But we must take into account that at that time (in 2010) I took a rather simple device in comparison with what was offered to me. In Japan even then there were cars that you can’t buy in Russia even now. Perhaps, except for the luxury segment, where there are good offers. But this is from 100 thousand and above.

  151. Gravatar Igor Igor:

There is nothing better than Vyatka automatic. Serving since 1985. Already 33 years old. Of course it was repaired a couple of times. We still have spare parts.

  152. Gravatar Anonymous Anonymous:

It’s great when people are so thrifty :) and they have cars from the time of the king of peas and spare parts for them. But the design and noise qualities, I’m sure, leave much to be desired. My Indesit has also been washed with us for many years, but it looks quite decent, despite the fact that at one time I did not buy it for much.

  153. Gravatar Tanya Tanya:

My German-made Bosh washing machine has been working like this for 18 years. Of the breakdowns, only the heating element was replaced three times, because... We have very hard water in our area. There is also a Bosh dishwasher that has been working for 13 years without breaking down.

  154. Gravatar Katya Kate:

And we have AEG. The old lady worked for more than 20 years. I don't even know how old she really is. They didn't give us a new one. The machine is space. The whole time I washed it perfectly, not a single breakage. But she also retired. I also only want AEG.

  155. Gravatar Ira Ira:

My ZANUSSI has been working since 1998. He still washes and spins everything. The lid has already rusted (my machine is top-loading), but everything works. I couldn't be happier!

  156. Gravatar Natalia Natalia:

It was Bosh, we bought it about 20 years ago. Assembly Germany. We suffered with it for about 6 years. There were no breakdowns, it worked quietly. But the quality of washing is terrible! I had to turn on the rinse 2-3 times. Washed items are slippery and sticky with powder after washing. Sold.

  157. Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

Ariston Margherita 2000 broke down. Served for 15 years. Doesn't take up water. I don't even know what to buy. I read reviews, I can’t find a reliable model under 30 thousand rubles. Can you recommend a reliable front-loading model?

  158. PolinVardanceva gravatar PolinVardanceva:

I'm lucky, my Indesit for twenty works like a clock (not in terms of telling the time, but in terms of no breakdowns or glitches).

  159. Gravatar Tori Tori:

We have been using the “VMSG 622 ST B” model from Hotpoint for a little over a year now, and it generally cost us a little less than 20k.

  160. Gravatar Mikhail Michael:

I don’t know anything worse than a modern, domestically assembled Bosch. Both washing machines and refrigerators work exactly until the end of the warranty period. This is what the service technicians say. Their Boschami service is overwhelmed. Repairs are super expensive. First my hatch lock went bad, then the electronics died. On the empty place! Model – Classixx5.

  161. Gravatar Alexander B Alexander B:

The most reliable is Tula. Aluminum tank body. In 50 years of operation, only the network cable has changed. The rubber insulation has decomposed. He gave it to the village.

  162. Gravatar Stas Stas:

Zanussi has been working for my mother since 1997 (21 years). During all this time, only the handle on the door broke after 15 years of operation. Nothing is rusty, the body is intact. It still works.
Another one has been working in a rented apartment since 2001. The owners say that it is also made in Italy - the indestructible Zanussi FA822-1 AquaCycle 800.

  163. Gravatar Tatyana Tatiana:

We bought Samsung (Korea) in 2003 for 3.5 kg. Works flawlessly. If I buy, then only Samsung, but where do they sell Korean? Finding it is a big problem.

    • Gravatar Vova Vova:

      In Korea)))

  164. Gravatar Alexander Alexander:

We bought an ARDO A800X machine in April 2001, in operation since November 2001. In September 2018, I replaced the belt because... the old one started to peel off. Then it began to overflow with water and would not be wrung out. I replaced the pressure switch, but it turned out that the hose leading to the pressure switch was clogged. Then the heating element burned out and was replaced. And today, November 20, 2018, the electronic module burned out; its cost was 7,400. The machine faithfully served for 17 years. I'm looking for a replacement.

  165. Gravatar igor igor:

I bought it from Siemens (we went through barter) and it has been working since 1990. The body is rusty in some places, but it works, I only changed the pump.

  166. Gravatar Borya Borya:

I don't have any problems with Hotpoint either. Once it happened that the traffic jams suddenly went out in the evening during a thunderstorm, the TV stopped turning on (it turned out the circuit board burned out), and the washing machine was in trouble. But in the future, we’ll try not to fall asleep with the devices on :)

  167. Gravatar Gena Gena:

Nowadays machines save a lot of water. And this is a big minus. We have had Electrolux EWF1287EMW for one year, we like everything, but we have to add water.

  168. Gravatar Alina Alina:

We recently bought a Hotpoint washing machine. And I will say that this purchase has greatly simplified my life. You can even safely wash your down jacket on a delicate cycle so that the down does not clump together.

  169. Gravatar Anna Anna:

In February 2015 I bought a German-assembled BOSH WAY28790EU machine, it worked for three years, a month ago the display went off. They say 80% of the cost. The price of the machine is $1150-1200, I’m racking my brain whether to buy a new machine or a display from BOSH.

  170. Gravatar vfedorov vfedorov:

But BEKO has been working for me for 20 years!!!
And it works, but there is a leak...
I took it apart and the thin seal in the drum itself, between the drum “glass” and its lid, had dried out. Nothing is eternal.

  171. Gravatar Andrey Andrey:

When it came to buying a washing machine, we bought Indesit. Simply a reliable manufacturer who has never disappointed us.

  172. Gravatar Nellie Nellie:

I am limited in funds and after a deep analysis I chose the Atlant 50U88 (disassembly tank, drum balance control, leakage protection), but the collector engine confuses me. Please advise.
