The right to an additional guarantee is proven by a special certificate. The main thing is to make sure that the period of the paid overtime begins after the end of the main one. Otherwise, the purchase is pointless.

How to exercise the right to free repairs?

It’s easy to take advantage of free repairs: prepare a coupon and documents for the washing machine, call “your” service and wait for the technician to visit. Don't forget to check his documents and evaluate the quality of the work done. It is better to have a repairman start the wash and make sure the machine is working.

If the technician suspects a non-warranty case, he will have to resolve the issue with an expert. But you need to agree to the procedure only if you are confident in the correct operation of the machine. Otherwise, the buyer pays a considerable amount.
