• The tightness of the drain or fill hose is broken - they could tear or fall off the tee.

If everything is in order with the filling hose, then it is necessary to check the condition of all other pipes going to the tank, pump and powder receiver, as well as the tightness of the main drain hose.

Then you need to study the pump and volute, because if these parts of the drainage system are faulty, then the outflow of water will be stopped, the washing machine will begin to overflow, and a leak will form. Then you should evaluate the cuff and dispenser for cracks. If after this the cause of the malfunction is not identified, you will have to partially disassemble the unit to check the oil seal and tank. Turning on the aquastop with a dry sump indicates that the sensor itself is damaged, so you need to test it using a regular multimeter. If it turns out that the aquastop itself is to blame, then repairs in this case are not needed - you just need to replace the element.

Inlet valve clogged

What to do if all the elements are working properly, including the aquastop system? In this situation, it is necessary to additionally inspect the filter mesh installed in the inlet valve. If the filter element is clogged, this can also cause fault code F02. Follow the instructions to check the filter.

• Disconnect the “home assistant” from all communications.
• Provide free access to the rear wall of the CM.
• Remove the inlet hose.
• Find the filter element at the location where the filling hose is installed and remove it, first securing it with pliers.
• Rinse the mesh under a powerful stream of hot tap water or soak it in a citric acid solution for several hours.
• Reinstall all parts.

After these manipulations, the collection of water should become much faster, as you can see during the idle cycle. If error F02 disappears after this, then the repair was successful.
