I purchased the Biryusa WM-ME610/04 car relatively recently. I'll start with the advantages, since there are significantly fewer of them than disadvantages. Pros:

• price – at the time of purchase it was one of the cheapest automatic machines, it cost $160;
• absence of strong vibration - the washing machine practically does not shake during the spin cycle.

I have identified many more shortcomings in this model. Firstly, a washing machine arrived from the store with a dangling front panel. The wall was simply not secured on one side, which caused a misalignment in the front plane. Therefore, the main disadvantage is the assembly.

Secondly, the machine makes a lot of noise during operation. She is not shaking, but there is always a knocking or a whistling sound coming from somewhere. Probably, besides the front panel, there is nothing else screwed into the washing machine that constantly dangles while the cycle is running.

Thirdly, at the spinning stage, the machine emits a persistent smell of burnt plastic. One gets the impression that it can not only fall apart, but also burn. After 10 washes, the bearing began to whistle.

I don’t even know whether to contact the service center or ask to change the washing machine. I think it’s unlikely that another automatic machine in this price category will work better. Perhaps I'll finish this one by attaching the front panel. But if you don’t want to follow the Russian-Chinese manufacturer, then it’s better to immediately buy another SMA, not Biryusa.

I purchased the Biryusa WM-ME610/08 machine in December 2022. I read customer reviews and saw that sometimes the washing machine does not spin well. However, I didn’t pay attention to this and thought that there was a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, I was satisfied with everything - cost $190, drum for 6 kg of laundry, energy efficiency class “A+”, number of washing programs.

The machine washes really well, but the problems with the spin cycle are apparently not a manufacturing defect, but some kind of pattern. After two months of regular use, the washing machine refused to spin clothes twice. It would seem like nothing terrible, although this shouldn’t happen at all.

At the beginning of March, the machine stopped spinning altogether.I found the phone number of the nearest service center, but got busy and forgot to call them. After 2 days, I tried to run the wash again, and the cycle was successfully completed, along with a spin at maximum speed.

Two weeks later, on March 25, the washer stopped spinning again. This really stresses and irritates me. I will definitely contact the service center - let them repair or replace the machine under warranty. With my review I want to warn people - this model really has problems with spinning. It’s better to take a closer look at another Biryusa machine without such “surprises”.

It turned out that my Hotpoint Ariston, after 14 years, stopped working. Friends recommended Biryusa. I listened and bought the model WM-MG914/07. A similar Haier was 10 thousand more expensive - why overpay, I thought.

I ordered Biryusa on the official website - it arrived to me in 2 weeks. I was surprised by the huge drum for 9 kg of laundry, the touch screen and appearance. That's all. The powder compartment is extremely inconvenient - too narrow. We struggled for a very long time with connecting the machine to the water supply, but in the end we connected it through a hose from an old washing machine.

Of the 16 programs available in memory, only 3 work! Other modes give an error. Even rinsing and spinning leave much to be desired. Therefore, I closed the Biryusa topic for myself forever.
