However, if the control board is damaged, the listed functions may not work correctly or may not work at all.

The heating of water is directly affected by the heating element, which is activated by the control board. The problem may arise over time when a coating appears on the heater due to hard tap water, causing the heating element to heat up more. Long-term operation in this mode at the limit of capabilities inevitably leads to the fact that the thread in the part burns out, and the element itself finally breaks. It is the heater that fails more often than other parts that control the heating of the liquid in the PMM.

The third part should be called a thermistor sensor, which transmits water temperature data to the control board. Based on this information, the electronic unit of the household appliance determines how much more the temperature of the liquid needs to be raised, and whether it still needs to be done at all. Therefore, if the temperature sensor is damaged and either does not transmit information at all or sends incorrect data, the control module of the dishwasher will record this and turn off the heating element.
