Korting dishwasher programs

Korting dishwasher programsThe dishwasher industry is constantly evolving, and manufacturers are equipping their creations with more and more programs. When used correctly, this makes life much easier for housewives, because each type of dishware and any degree of contamination has its own mode. Let's take a closer look at the washing modes of the Korting dishwasher.

Description of Korting PMM algorithms

This company has several models. Each of them contains from 4 to 8 programs. Various modes allow you to find the ideal combinations of temperature, washing duration and water supply intensity, so that the dishes simply shine after “water procedures”.

Let's start with Intensive washing. This washing program is intended for large and durable dishes that are heavily soiled. This could be a frying pan with burnt food or residual fat, a baking sheet, a baking dish in the oven, and something like that. Thick ceramic dishes can also be washed using this mode. It consists of 6 stages.

  • The first washing cycle is preliminary. Water temperature 50 degrees.
  • The second washing cycle is the main one. The water heats up to 70 degrees.
  • The first rinse is with cold water.
  • The second rinse is another rinse with cold water.
  • The third rinse is with hot water (up to 70 degrees).
  • Drying.intensive washing in PMM Kerting

The program lasts almost 3 hours, but thanks to the effects of high temperatures and the intensity of the water flow, even the most difficult contaminants will not leave a trace.

During a cycle, the PMM consumes 10 liters of water and 0.9 kilowatts of energy per hour. As for detergents, 3 g of powder is needed for pre-washing, and 15 g for main washing. You also need to fill the dispenser with rinse aid.

You can't ignore the Standard Program either. It is also designed to handle large quantities of dishes, but with less mess. Here you can wash both ordinary plates and cups after a feast, as well as utensils for cooking, if they do not require more intensive washing. The program includes 5 stages:

  • pre-wash at 45 degrees;
  • main wash at 55 degrees;
  • rinsing in cold water;
  • rinsing in hot water;
  • drying.

Important! The program lasts exactly 3 hours, it uses 13.5 liters of water and 1.3 kilowatts of energy per hour. You need to add 5 grams of powder to the pre-wash, and 25 grams to the main wash. It is necessary to fill the dispenser with rinse aid.

ECO program. This program is designed to save PMM resources. During it, the machine consumes only 10.5 liters of water and a little more than 1 kilowatt of energy per hour. However, such savings do not prevent the machine from doing its job well. This is due to the fact that the cycle duration is very long - as much as 225 minutes, and detergents are added in the same proportion of 5 grams for preliminary washing and 25 for the main wash. During this time and with this amount of product, all stages of the cycle manage to cope with the dishes with less loss of resources.

  • Pre-wash.
  • Main wash at 45 degrees.
  • Rinse in hot water.
  • Drying.

Since the program includes rinsing, rinse aid must be placed in the dispenser. This program is intended for any moderately soiled dishes.operation of the Kerting machine

Short program 90 minutes. As you might guess, it lasts an hour and a half. During this time, the following stages replace each other:

  • washing in hot water;
  • rinse in cold water;
  • rinsing in hot water;
  • drying.

In general, the program can cope with serious stains, but requires more powder - 30 grams. Rinse aid is essential! During a cycle, the PMM consumes 12.5 liters of water and 1.35 kilowatts of energy per hour. This mode is most loved by most housewives, since compared to the others it is controlled quite quickly and at the same time washes the dishes well, even if there are serious stains. Of course, if you completely load the basket with pans and baking sheets with burnt fat residue, it may not be able to cope. But with a standard set of dishes it’s fine.

Fast program. It consists of only 3 stages: washing and two rinsing cycles in hot water.

There is no drying in the express program, so you will have to dry the dishes naturally.

The mode is economical in all respects: water consumption is only 11 liters, energy consumption is 0.75 kilowatts per part. No rinse aid is needed, and 20 grams of powder is enough. This program is not intended for washing heavy stains. You can wash plates, cups, cutlery and pots in it without heavy grease stains.

Starting and changing a program

Now you are fully armed with knowledge about the programs, but any mode remains useless if you do not use it. How to test your dishwasher in action?

  • Open the dishwasher and pull out the dish baskets (there are two). It is recommended to load the bottom first and then the top, otherwise it will be inconvenient.
  • Pour, pour or store the necessary cleaning products in the appropriate compartments.
  • Connect the dishwasher to the electrical outlet and make sure that the water supply is completely open.
  • Using the On/Off key turn on the unit.turn on PMM Korting
  • Once again remembering the description of the program and making sure that you need it, run it.
  • After the indicator lights up, close the door and the machine will start working.

Attention! You can change a program on the fly only if it was launched recently. Otherwise, the dishwasher may already remove the product from the compartment and drain the water. We'll have to do it all over again.

Instructions for restarting the program:

  • open the door slightly, wait until the water supply stops and open the hatch completely;
  • hold down the “Program” key for a couple of seconds;
  • install a new program.

As for forgotten dishes, they can be added to the basket at any time while the detergent is still in the powder container. For this:

  • open the door again, wait for the water supply from the sprinklers to stop and open the door completely;
  • place in the basket everything that was not reported immediately;
  • close the door and wait for the cycle to resume.

Never open the hopper door completely while the machine is running. Otherwise, you can easily get burned by hot water.
