Beko dryer programs

Household appliances from the Turkish brand are distinguished by high build quality, luxurious software, reliability and at the same time reasonable cost. Therefore, many users choose equipment from this manufacturer. Let's figure out what modes the Beko dryer has. Main algorithms

Beko dryers have a lot of functions in their memory. By using different programs, you can select the optimal drying parameters for all types of fabrics and types of clothing. Depending on the model of the dryer, the set of modes and additions will differ, but the classic algorithms will remain unchanged.

Before starting operation, read the instructions for the dryer - they contain a description of all the programs available in the device’s memory.

It is very important to understand the purpose of each drying mode. This will help you properly care for your clothes, preventing damage and deformation of things. Let's figure out what algorithms are available on dryers from the Turkish brand using the Beko DF7412GA model as an example.

• Cotton Iron dry. Algorithm for cotton fabrics that will need to be ironed. The machine leaves things slightly damp to make ironing easier. The mode is ideal for shirts, T-shirts, curtains, tablecloths. Cycle duration is 150 minutes.
• Cotton Eco. This mode is also suitable for drying cotton items: T-shirts, trousers, dresses, bedding and underwear, children's clothing. The fabric is dried completely, the products can be immediately put away in the closet. Duration of the program – 189 minutes.
• Cotton Cupboard dry.An algorithm similar to the previous one, but used for cotton items made from thicker fabrics (jeans, trousers, jackets). The cycle runs for 204 minutes.
• Cotton Extra dry. Mode for caring for thick cotton fabrics. Suitable for terry towels and bathrobes. Products are immediately placed in the closet, without ironing. The cycle lasts 214 minutes.
• Refreshing cycle. When this algorithm is launched, ventilation is carried out for 10 minutes without blowing hot air. The program makes it possible to ventilate stale cotton and linen items to eliminate unpleasant odors. The mode is not suitable for complete drying.
• Coastal/Shirts. Algorithm for drying delicate fabrics. The temperature is average. The drum rotates more softly and smoothly, which prevents the products from creasing. Cycle duration is 50 minutes.
• Jeans. A special algorithm for caring for thick denim products. Drying lasts 140 minutes.
• Sports things. It is recommended to run the program to dry synthetics, cotton or mixed fabrics. This mode is also suitable for waterproof clothing. It is recommended to turn the products inside out before loading them into the drum. The cycle lasts 2 hours 10 minutes.
• Mix/Daily. A mode suitable for drying cotton and synthetic items. Due to the absence of strict requirements for sorting laundry (you can put clothes made of mixed fabrics into the drum), it is ideal for everyday use. Cycle duration is 135 minutes.
• Anti-allergy. A fairly long algorithm for 3 hours 15 minutes. Suitable for drying items that require high-temperature treatment (baby linen, towels, bedding, etc.) During the process, up to 99% of bacteria and allergens are removed from the fabric.
• Pooh.Mode for caring for products with filler. It is recommended that jackets and other clothing be turned inside out before loading into the drum. The cycle lasts 100 minutes.
• Express. Fast algorithm. You can put no more than 0.5-1 kg of laundry in the drying drum. Items will be slightly damp for further ironing. The duration of the regime is half an hour.

For the “Cotton Iron Dry” and “Cotton Cupboard Dry” modes, it is possible to load the drum halfway.

At half load the cycle will take less time. The programs will last 55 and 75 minutes, instead of the full 150 and 189 minutes. This is very convenient if there is not much laundry - the user does not have to run a full-fledged algorithm.

The user can set the drying duration himself by selecting the “Program Time” mode. The timer can be set from 10 to 160 minutes. When this mode is started, the machine will not focus on the moisture level of the laundry.

Beko dryers also have programs with reduced energy consumption. When activated, the drum rotation speed is lower than in standard mode. The residual humidity of the laundry will be from 40 to 60 percent, depending on the selected algorithm.

Such a variety of programs in Beko dryers makes it possible to load almost any clothing into the drum. It is important to select an algorithm based on the type of fabric. Optimal temperature conditions will help maintain the brightness, shape and properties of things, as well as give them softness.

Launching the algorithm, changing it, child locking

Beko dryers are intuitive to operate. If you encounter difficulties starting the machine or selecting a program, you can always refer to the instructions. All the details are described there.

To start drying, you must:

• plug the power cord of the machine into a socket;
• press the “On” button;
• select the desired mode using the rotary switch;
• press the “Start/Standby” button to activate the cycle.

The user still has the opportunity to change the selected algorithm after the cycle has started. For this:

• pause the cycle with the “Start/Wait” button;
• turn the selector to the desired mode;
• press the "Start" button to activate the cycle.

Beko cars have a child lock feature on the control panel. It helps prevent interruption of the current mode due to pressing buttons on the device. When the “Lock” option is activated, all keys on the dryer body are locked, except for “On/Off”.

To activate the child lock option, you must simultaneously press the drying level selection and sound warning buttons. The keys must be held in this position for 3 seconds. Disabling the function is done in the same way.

Some Beko models have a timer that allows you to delay the start of the cycle for a certain amount of time. The delay is set with a special button on the control panel. Next, you need to press “Start/Standby”, and the display will show a countdown of minutes.

If you simply want to cancel the selected mode, you must press the “On/Off” button. The machine will stop working. Next, all that remains is to unplug the power cord from the outlet and unload the drum.
