Let's try to find out the nature of such a malfunction and provide recommendations for eliminating it.
Why does this happen?
If the washer fills with water and immediately empties the drum, this is immediately noticeable. Firstly, the cycle does not end at the appointed time. Secondly, noise is constantly heard from the machine without stopping the running sewage system. Thirdly, the laundry loaded into the machine remains dirty.
The following reasons lead to this situation:
improper installation of the drain hose;
sewer blockage;
malfunction of the drain valve;
faulty pressure switch;
failure of the control board.

The problem with water filling must be solved immediately. Uncontrolled drainage negatively affects all elements of the drainage system, jeopardizing the pump, pipes and valves. There is also a high probability of leakage, short circuit and flooding of the apartment.
The drain hose is not connected correctly
If the equipment has just been installed or has recently “moved” to a new location, then the first thing we do is check the drain hose. Most often it is installed incorrectly, which negatively affects the intake and drainage of water. There are two ways to confirm your guess.
First, carefully inspect the corrugation. According to the instructions, the hose is fixed just above the level of the machine tank, which is on average 50-60 cm from the floor. Thanks to this balance, the “siphon effect” works, and the liquid cannot leave the drum on its own. If the harmony is disturbed, then it is pushed into the sewer, to which the pressure switch reacts by resuming dialing. The “cycle” continues until human intervention or power failure.

When getting to the “sleeve” is problematic, it is necessary to check the correct installation in another way. We run a quick wash and evaluate the behavior of the machine. If water immediately comes out of the machine, then the problem is clearly an unregulated hose.
If there are problems with the position of the corrugation, the situation is resolved quickly. The required repairs are limited to adjusting the hose level to a given standard. The values for a specific model are specified in the factory instructions. It is also worth finding a special plastic loop, which is included with any Indesit washing machine. We fix the “hook” in the designated place and pass the rubber through it.
The equipment is clogged
Malfunctions in the drainage system are also possible due to blockages. If dirt has accumulated in the pipes, on the impeller or in the pump, the pump functions chaotically, which leads to water draining from the tank unplanned by the program. To eliminate the malfunction, it is necessary to clean the garbage filter and other filtering elements of the machine.
Getting to the filtration system is easy.
We disconnect the machine from communications, power supply and water supply.
We find a technical hatch in the lower right part of the case, carefully pry it up with a screwdriver until the latches engage and remove it.
We grab the protruding part of the garbage filter (the black “washer” located on the right edge) and unscrew it by turning your hand counterclockwise.
We rinse the spiral under running water.
If the garbage filter is covered with a thick layer of scale, then it is better to soak it in a warm solution of citric acid for 30-40 minutes.
We shine a flashlight through the vacated hole and inspect the degree of contamination of the impeller, volute and pipes.
If the technical hatch cannot be opened, then we try to check the drain differently. Having disconnected the machine from all communications and moved it to the middle of the room, carefully turn the unit onto its right side and look through the bottom. As a rule, washing machines from Indesit do not have a bottom, which facilitates the diagnostic process.
Level sensor faulty
If a previously properly working machine suddenly began to produce continuous filling, then you should check the pressure switch. The water level sensor monitors the filling of the drum and, when a certain volume is reached, should give a “stop” to the control board. When a breakdown occurs, the device does not notice that the norm is exceeded, there is an overflow, to which the safety system of the machine responds by automatically draining. It turns out to be a vicious circle that only a person can break.
The pressure switch fails due to the following factors:
contacts have oxidized or come loose;
contacts are not closed correctly;
the membrane seal is broken;
The sensor tube is clogged or damaged.
You cannot hesitate, otherwise there is a high probability of a leak and a real flood. It is recommended to take action immediately: disconnect the washing machine from the power supply, turn off the water supply and start diagnosing the pressure switch. Unscrew the bolts holding the cover from the back wall.

Find the level sensor and disconnect it from the housing.
Inspect the tube and “washer” for damage or blockages. If the fitting is dirty, it is recommended to rinse it under the tap, and if the contacts are oxidized, it is enough to clean the phases.
If the tube or the device itself is damaged, it is better not to repair it, but to purchase a new sensor. The pressure switch is inexpensive, but there will be no doubt about its reliability and durability. There will be no problems with installation: just lower it down, connect all the terminals and fix it on the body.
At the “finish” we carry out a test wash. We run the shortest cycle without laundry and observe the behavior of the machine. If the error does not recur, then you can replace the top cover and continue to operate the siralka.
We look at the control module
If the error code displayed indicates problems with the control board, then things are bad. The electronics of Indesit models have long been recognized as weak and unreliable, so the probability is high. But it is better to first reboot the machine to prevent accidental system failure. If after restarting 15-20 minutes later the situation repeats, diagnostics are needed.
