Where to pour Vanish in the washing machine?

Vanish is a modern household chemical and stain remover. Designed to cleanse fabrics of various compositions from contamination, suitable for washing colored linen and light-colored items, can be used in washing machines with different washing programs. Cleans textiles at low and high water temperatures. Vanish cannot be used as a replacement for washing powder, as it is a highly concentrated product. When machine washing clothes, it is added to one of the compartments of the detergent tray.

Proper separation of the powder receptacle

The design of washing machines is thought out to the smallest detail. A powder receptacle or a tray for household chemicals is no exception. It is divided into several compartments, each of which has its own purpose. To achieve high-quality cleaning of laundry from dirt, you should choose the right compartment for a particular detergent.

Important! If the powder receptacle compartments are mixed up, the washing result will be disappointing. Things may remain soapy or dirty.

Before pouring Vanish into the washing machine, you need to examine the compartments of the tray. What you should pay attention to? If the machine is front-loading, the detergent dispenser is usually located in the upper left corner. In units with vertical loading it is placed under the top cover. In most washing machines, the powder receptacle consists of three compartments of different sizes. Each cuvette has its own purpose and special marking.

1. "Softener" or "*". The icons are placed on the compartment into which liquid detergents are poured: conditioners, antistatic agents, softeners.It is usually small in size. The liquids added to it enter the drum of the machine at the rinsing stage. For this reason, pouring chlorine-containing chemicals into a cuvette is not only useless, but also dangerous. It can become trapped between fabric fibers and cause skin irritation.
2. "I" or "A". Central tray compartment for powders and other dry compounds. They can be filled in when selecting certain programs: “Pre-wash”, “Soak”. Liquid bleaches, including Vanish, should not be poured into the compartment.
3. "II" or "B". The main compartment is the largest size in the powder receptacle. Water enters it at the initial stage of operation of the washing machine. The purpose of the cuvette is to add laundry powders or gels, as well as stain removers. Vanish should be poured into this compartment.

All bleaching household chemicals are added to the main compartment of the tray. It must be marked “II” or “B”. The cuvette is usually located on the left.

Special tray compartment

The most modern models of washing machines have special compartments for bleaching agents. They have their own designation - a triangle icon. To determine whether the equipment is equipped with such a compartment, you must carefully read the instructions. The product is poured into the bleach compartment in a certain dosage. In order not to exceed it, you can focus on the “max” mark on the wall of the cuvette.

Sometimes Vanish is poured not into a powder receptacle, but into a drum. This is acceptable, but requires first diluting household chemicals in 3-4 glasses of clean water. The procedure helps protect the washing machine tank and laundry from damage. Bleach should not be poured undiluted onto a dry cloth.

Special mode for Vanish

Manufacturers of modern household appliances have provided a laundry bleaching mode in some washing machine models. Owners of such units, when washing things with Vanish, have the opportunity to turn on this program and make the process of cleaning things from dirt more effective. To do this you need:

• wash clothes using the main cycle. Sort things by material composition and color. Load the laundry into the drum, add powder to the powder receptacle compartment and select the appropriate washing program;
• when the main cycle is completed, proceed to bleaching things without removing them from the drum. Open the detergent tray and pour Vanish or another bleach into the cuvette with the triangle icon. Start whitening mode.

All the necessary parameters: time, water heating, are set by the equipment without human intervention. The car owner just has to wait until the bleaching is completed and evaluate the effectiveness of the cleaning.
