  • The machine started up, the tank filled with water, but when trying to spin the drum, the equipment froze. Before stopping, there was a strong rumble and crackling sound, but the washing machine never accelerated.In this case, the reason for braking is a faulty engine.
  • After starting, the washing machine took in water without any problems and spun the drum, but when moving to the rinsing stage, a malfunction occurred. The machine hummed, trying to drain the water, and froze. There is no doubt that the drainage system is clogged or the pump has failed.

It is strongly not recommended to diagnose and repair the control board at home - you need knowledge, experience and special equipment!

To fix the problem, you will have to check every possible “sore” spot. It is necessary to partially disassemble the washing machine, get to the valve, motor or pump and evaluate their performance using a multimeter set to measure resistance. The shortest way to the motor or pump is to tilt the unit back, remove the bottom and illuminate the “insides” with a flashlight. Then we connect the tester probes and compare the displayed Ohms with the normal values.
