Having switched the multimeter to voltage measurement mode and installed the probes on the sensor terminals, rotate the shaft manually. If the sensor is working properly, the measurement should record the appearance of a voltage within 0.2 V.

  • The reliability of the sensor is checked.
  • If the resistance and voltage readings deviate from the specified parameters, the sensor will have to be replaced. You can do this yourself.
