Why does this code appear?

The washing machine gives an error OE if the waste liquid is not drained from the tank five minutes after the end of the wash cycle. It is not necessary that the water will not leave at all; perhaps the rate of its removal from the system is simply much lower than the standard.

The tank of the automatic washing machine must be completely emptied within the 5 minutes allotted by the manufacturer after the end of the cycle.

What to do in such a situation? Experts see several reasons that can lead to this problem:

• kink or crack in the drain hose;
• failure of the pump responsible for draining the water;
• clog in the sewer pipe;

Cleaning the filter element

It’s better to start with the simplest thing, namely checking the drain filter.The element must be removed from the body of the LG washing machine. Make sure that when installing the washing machine you do not place it on the drain hose.
