Error E03 in Kandy washing machines

- using a screwdriver, remove the lower decorative strip from the latches, behind which there is a drain filter and the pump itself;
- unscrew the drainage filter and pull it out, keep in mind that water may leak onto the floor;
- unscrew the two screws that you will see behind this bar; the pump is held on them;
- tilt the washing machine or lay it on its side, because the pump will have to be reached through the bottom;
- carefully disconnect the pipes and electrics, remember the location of the clamps;
At the same time, you can check if there is any debris in the pipes and rinse them in water.
- unscrew the 3 screws that connect the volute and the pump;
- look for hair on the impeller and remove all debris. Perhaps the blockage caused the malfunction and you will not have to buy a new spare part;
- then check the electrical part of the pump with a multimeter, when you are sure that it is faulty, take a new part for the Candy washing machine and put it in place of the old one;
- Reassemble the machine in reverse order.

Breakdown of the pressure switch
If the pressure switch malfunctions, the water drainage is also disrupted, because the control module does not receive a signal about the water level in the tank.
