Dexp dryer programs

Basic set of algorithms

All Dexp devices are provided with a universal set of useful functions necessary for the whole family. Depending on the model, the list of programs may differ, but the classic programs are always the same. For example, let’s look at the Dexp DM F90HDMA/WB machine and its set of work cycles.

• Cotton Extra and Standard. This program is created for standard single-layer and multi-layer cotton items that you will not iron after drying, but will send for storage. You can dry up to 9 kilograms of laundry at a time.

The time for each cycle is determined individually by the equipment, since it directly depends on the amount of clothing that is loaded into the chamber.

• Cotton Ironing. This mode helps dry single-layer cotton items, leaving them slightly damp for easy ironing. The capacity is the same - up to 9 kilograms.
• Delicate. This function is for the most delicate items that housewives usually hand wash in low temperature water. You can dry up to 1 kilogram in this way.
• Mixed fabrics. Cycle for one-time drying of clothes made from different types of fabric, which are treated with a medium-intensity air flow. You can dry up to 3.5 kilograms at a time.
• Synthetics Extra.High intensity mode, which allows you to dry clothes made of dense and multi-layer synthetics, gradually increasing the temperature and intensity of the air flow. The capacity is the same as the previous cycle.
• Synthetic Standard. Program for drying thin synthetic items with hot air that do not need to be ironed, such as baby clothes and socks. You can load 3.5 kilograms at once.
• Wool. A special cycle for wool products that can be dried in tumble dryers. This delicate mode does not harm things, but gives them softness and freshness. You can process only 1 kilogram of laundry at a time.
• Jeans. Mode for working with jeans, which uses the maximum speed of the “home assistant”. It is permissible to load up to 4.5 kilograms into the chamber.
• Bed sheets. Suitable for large cotton duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and mixed fabrics. You should not dry more than 4.5 kilograms at a time.
• Sport. Mode for sports items and other polyester items that do not require ironing. Very gentle cycle performed at low to medium temperatures. Allows you to dry up to 3 kilograms at a time.
• Shirts. Function for drying shirts and blouses, which can be hung on a hanger and put away immediately after finishing work. Very long cycle at low temperature, but with very intense air flow. Only a few items can be processed at a time, since the maximum capacity is only 1 kilogram.
• Custom. This cycle is designed so that the owner of the dryer can set the settings he needs. It is also possible that this button hides a constantly selectable operating cycle that the dryer has memorized.
• Warm timed drying.A program for working with multi-layer voluminous products, such as jackets, pillows and others, which are treated with a warm air flow of medium intensity. The housewife herself must choose the operating time from 10 minutes to 2 hours. You should load one large product that weighs less than 9 kilograms.
• Cold timed drying. A similar function, but the time can be set from 10 to 30 minutes, and the drying itself is carried out with cold air with high flow intensity. Suitable for situations where you need to dry things out. The maximum load is 9 kilograms.
• Refreshment. This mode is used to simply freshen clothes that have not been worn for a long time, for example, winter clothes, or to rid items of foreign odors. The time can be set from 20 minutes to 2.5 hours.

Conveniently, the delayed start mode can be applied to any program to delay drying up to 24 hours. This is especially true when electricity costs less at night, so you can only run your dryer at night.

Useful features

The work of a “home assistant” will always go perfectly if you know well not only the rules for operating household appliances, but also the important features of each work cycle. In addition, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the auxiliary modes that improve drying and make the user’s life easier.

• Anti-creases. This is an option that can be activated to ensure that clothes do not have wrinkles after drying. The function increases the duty cycle by half an hour, but the duration can be set to as much as 2 hours. It can be used for almost all programs, with the exception of “Cold”, “Wool” and “Refreshment”.
• Child lock.A useful addition for young families whose small children may interfere with the operation of household appliances. To activate it, just press “Anti-creases” and “Signal” for 3 seconds while drying. This action activates the block of all keys except the power button of the device. You can disable the blocking in the same way as you turn it on.
• Turn sound on and off. This option is needed for those who use the machine at night, or who are simply annoyed by loud sounds. To activate, you only need to press the “Signal” button once. You can turn it back on in the same way.
• Setting the drying intensity. Just press the “Intensity” button to set one of four drying levels. This option allows you to change the intensity of the hot air flow. This setting can be used in all programs except Ironing, Delicates, Wool, Warm, Cold and Refresh.
• Drum lighting. In modern Dexp dryers, you can even turn off and adjust the drum lighting, for which the “Light” button is intended.
