All options can be divided into methods with and without equipment analysis. No matter how strange it may seem, the methods for analyzing a “home assistant” at home are simpler, so it’s better to try to start with them. First, we will describe the option of how to get the bone through the seat of the heating element.

We de-energize the SM and disconnect it from communications.
We turn the equipment so that you have access to the back of the washer.
In a situation where your vehicle model has a service hatch, you just need to open it. If there is no hatch, then you will have to unscrew the screws and remove the back wall.
Looking inside, you will find a round metal cover for the inverter motor located on the rear wall of the tank.
Next we need to find large contacts with wires that are located directly under the engine - this is part of the water heating element that we need.
The heating element is located in the tank, but first you need to disconnect all the wires from the contacts.

We unscrew the nut that holds the heating element located between the contacts.
At this stage, you should grab the heating element with both hands and carefully pull it towards you, gently rocking the part in different directions.
Now, through the hole that appeared after removing the heating element, you need to get the bra bone, which is most conveniently done using tweezers or a wire with a hook at the tip.

This instruction is relevant for a situation where a bone has fallen to the bottom of the tank, but if it has fallen into the drain pipe, then there is no point in removing the heating element, because the bone cannot be pulled out through this hole.Then you will have to remove and clean the drain pipe, which will require partially disassembling the equipment and getting to the bottom of the case. It is there that you have to remove the pipe and, through the hole that appears, reach into the washer’s tank with your hand and remove the bone. How to do it?

Check that the washing machine is not connected to the water supply or electricity.
Move appliances to the center of the bathroom or to a room where there is plenty of free space.
Remove the compartment for powder, gel and other household chemicals.
Lay the “home assistant” on her side.
Depending on the washer model, either unscrew the screws or remove the fasteners to remove the bottom.
Remove the pipe and clean it.

Usually, in order to remove the pipe, it is also necessary to remove the pump, for which you must first isolate the sensor from it and remove the two screws that secure the pump.

Now, using the same tweezers or wire, remove the bone.

Then all that remains is to reassemble the machine according to the instructions in the reverse order and install it back on the legs.

Is it possible not to disassemble the machine?

In a situation where for some reason you do not want to disassemble household appliances at home, but you have a lot of free time, you can try to remove a small item without disassembling it. To do this, you will need a flashlight, a wire with a hook at the end, and incredible dexterity and patience.

Open the hatch of the car.
Turn on the flashlight and place it in the drum in such a position that it clearly illuminates the bottom of the tank.
Next, try to consider the location of the bra wire.
Having discovered the loss, insert the wire into the hole closest to the bone and try to pry the bone with a hook, which may take half an hour or even more.
When the bone is hooked, you need to carefully rock the drum until the bone is in a vertical position.
Afterwards, the drum should be carefully rotated so that the bra bone falls into any of the holes in the drum, which can also take a long period of time.
At the final stage, all that remains is to pick up the bone and pull it out with pliers.

All of the above is extremely inconvenient to do alone, since you will have to stick your head into the hatch, control the wire with one hand, and turn the drum with the other, so it is better to call a friend for help.

Considering the time required and the persistence with which it is necessary to remove the bone with wire, sometimes it is much easier to partially disassemble the LG direct drive washing machine.

It is better to prevent a problem than to solve it later

It is much better not to choose between disassembling the machine and using a wire, but to prevent small objects from getting into the tank in advance.
