How to change the shock absorber on a Hansa washing machine?

1. Drain the water from the machine through the garbage filter.
2. Lay the washer on its side to gain access to the bottom.
3. Remove the bolts holding the bottom pan.
4. Look for two pins that are located under the tank (they can be white or black). These are shock-absorbing elements.
5. Unscrew the bolts that secure the shock absorbers using a 13mm wrench.
6. Remove faulty stabilizers.
7. Replace the new shock absorbers and secure them properly.
8. Fix the tray of the machine, return the machine to a vertical position.
